Mother's Day Out

Mothers Day Out Program

St. Peter & St. Paul's Mother's Day Out Program provides children with a safe and nurturing environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually.  Our MDO program operates September through May. Our hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday for ages 15 months to five years.

Registration

Enrollment for the Mother's Day Out Program is open to all families.  A completed enrollment form which can be accessed here, and the registration and supply fees are required at the time of registration. The registration fee of $40.00 and the supply fee are non-refundable.

All children must have current immunization records on file, along with a copy of their birth certificate. Students need to bring their own lunch and a change of clothes each day. All classes have a rest time and as such, each child should bring their own mat for nap time.

Curriculum

The St. Peter & St. Paul Mothers Day Out program uses the 123 curriculum, which is a theme based curriculum. Each month your child will discover themes such as Under the Sea, Camping, Nutrition, etc. Each day along with the themed topic, your child will enjoy chapel time, outdoor play or gym play depending on the weather, music, and arts and crafts.

Christian Education

The children at MDO participate in a short service geared towards kids twice a week.  Each day we will start with a brief service of song and prayer in the Church. A sentence of Scripture will be read and each of the prayers will have hand motions. The overall theme of each service will be the joy of the presence of God.

Finally, we also offer music, and outdoor play on our playground daily.  For more information, please contact us at tracieh@stp2.org.
